Youth Red Cross (YRC) :
Youth Red Cross (YRC) of the College is a student wing of Indian Red Cross Society. This wing of our College has 50 members (both boys & girls). Hon’ble Governer of Odisha is its Chairman. A member of the teaching faculty is nominated as Counselor of this wing. This wing of our College conducts various social awareness programmes among the students and in the locality. It also organises Blood Donation camps, plantation Programmes and observes National & International Days.
Youth Red Cross is the student wing of Indian Red Cross Societies. The honourable Governor of Odisha is its Chairman. Our College has a unit of the YRC.

- A member of the teaching staff is nominated as counsellor. A fee of Rs.10.00 is collected from students for the purpose. The organisation has a Red Ribbon Club to create awareness about AIDS among students. The Youth Red Cross wing has 30 members each both at junior and senior level. It observes world AIDS Day on 1st December.
- During voluntary blood donation week, the Youth Red Cross unit of the college motivates able bodied students to donate blood and makes arrangements for their blood grouping with the help of the nearest blood bank/CDMO.
- The College Red Cross unit arranges training programmes for First Aid Service with the help of doctors of the nearest hospital.
- The Youth Red Cross unit of the college observes the following important days.
- a - Anti-Smoking Day on 24th of February
- b -World Disable Day on 15th March
- c - World Health Day on 7th April
- d - Red Cross Day on 8th May
- e - Voluntary Blood Donation Day 1st December
